ACAT Supervisor
The candidate in this position will provide supervisory assistance over personnel, workflow, functions, and processes for the ACAT Department. Develop and maintain technical expertise of TTS system functionality relative to department processes. 5 years Brokerage Operations experience and some previous supervisory experience. Must have high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, good problem solving skills and strong customer service skills. Associate Analyst I
This position is located in our Baltimore office. This entry-level research position is primarily responsible for providing modeling, and organizational support to the senior research analyst. It is expected that a Level 1 associate can build and maintain Excel-based financial models, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and discounted cash flow analysis. A Level 1 is also responsible for building and updating comp sheets and managing the databases and electronic data services (i.e. Bloomberg, FactSet, among others) necessary to analyze the sector. Like all associates, a Level 1 must be able to meet the special projects demands of the analyst and be resourceful enough to determine and locate relevant data. A Level 1 associate does little travel, will not have a great deal of interaction with company management teams or investors, and it is expected that their written product will be edited by the analyst prior to publication. Additionally, the Level 1 must work on building industry knowledge and contacts. A level I associate will spend the majority of their time working behind the scenes as they develop their skill set and learn their industry and the sell-side research business. Compliance Examiner
The candidate in this position will Perform oversight review of trade activity, review client accounts and perform branch audits. Answer general questions on Stifel policies and procedures and regulatory rules. Assist with the annual compliance meeting for all registered representatives. Assist with other duties as assigned. Requires a minimum of 2-4 years industry related experience. Must have a Series 7/63 and take the Series 9, 10 (Series 8) within a reasonable amount of time from the date of hire. Help Desk Associate
The candidate for this position will be providing ongoing support and assistance for Stifel's branch offices and external clients regarding industry related inquiries and technical issues. Duties include providing support concerning industry related questions, researching client inquiries, software including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Stifel's internal programs for Stifel's branch offices, assisting with the opening of new offices and initial training on the system, researching branch office hardware/software problems, providing client assistance with Stifel's online viewing system, testing and implementing new software packages or upgrades as they become available. In partnership with other Investment Services personnel, support the marketing, training, administrative and technical aspects of Mutual Funds, 529 College Savings Plans and on a limited basis the Cash Management products. PCG Market Surveillance Analyst
The candidate for this position will Review internal Compliance risk management systems and reports to identify accounts requiring further Compliance action. Determine the needed actions and work with branch managers, brokers and appropriate home office personnel to reach resolution. Perform regular reviews of Compliance risk management reports with Branch Managers. Discuss Manager’s supervisory review process for higher risk brokers and accounts. Assist Manager in taking action as needed and with documentation of supervision. Review ProServ software alerts and flags. Identify branch/broker/client trends. Product Analyst - Fixed Income
The candidate for this position will Perform regular reviews of sales practice issues related to fixed income. These issues would include, but would not be limited to, switches, round trip transactions, cancel/rebills, and commission charges. Responsible for reviewing current products and determining the adequacy of the training materials, disclosure materials, and exception reports. The analyst will be responsible for implementing any necessary changes after reviewing the current product offerings and policies and procedures. 3-5 years brokerage industry experience desired. Public Communications Coordinator
The candidate for this position will be responsible for review, communication, record-keeping and follow-up in approval of branch communications that will be distributed to five or more individuals of the public. The coordinator will receive the material from the branches; review for any required changes; communicate changes to the branch; answer questions posed regarding changes; receive and check revised copies from the branch to verify all changes have been made; send approval emails to the branch as the approving principal; follow up on any pending items; ensure materials requiring filing with the NASD are filed in a timely manner and maintain the communications with the public files. The candidate for this position should have strong communication skills, superior attention to detail, computer proficiency including Microsoft word, excel and power point. Regulatory Affairs CM Coordinator

Residential Mortgage Loan Officer
This candidate will be responsible for developing new loan business throughout the St. Louis market place. Activities include making sales calls, implementing marketing campaigns, taking new loan applications and managing a pipeline of loans through closing. They are expected to cross sell the majority of their customers into other banking products such as home equity lines, checking, and money market accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years mortgage origination experience with a reputation of unquestionable integrity. They should maintain a steady flow of new loan business that is primarily focused on purchase transactions born out of referrals from past customers, real estate agents, home builders, and other referral sources.
