John P. Dubinsky

John P. Dubinsky has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Westmoreland Associates, LLC, a financial consulting company, since 1995. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CORTEX (Center of Research, Technology and Entrepreneurial Expertise) from 2008 to 2016 and was the organization’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2008. Mr. Dubinsky served as President Emeritus of Firstar Bank from 1999 to 2001; Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Bank from 1997 until its merger with U.S. Bank National Association (formerly Firstar Bank, N.A.) in 1999; and President and CEO of Mark Twain Bancshares, Inc.

Mr. Dubinsky is a Trustee Emeritus of Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University. He is a Trustee and Chairman of the St. Louis Public Library and a Trustee of the National Public Radio Foundation in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Dubinsky was named Chairman of the Board of Stifel Bank & Trust in April 2007. He formerly served on the board of directors of Aegion Corporation (NASDAQ: AEGN).
