Josh will be re-joining us as a Director working out of Baton Rouge after serving as Executive Director of the Louisiana Housing Corporation. Prior to his service with the state agency he worked as a Vice President in our Louisiana Public Finance office after serving as Executive Counsel to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Josh is a graduate of Louisiana State University and the Southern University Law Center.
