| Stifel Nicolaus Profit Sharing 401(k) Plan |
The Profit Sharing 401(k) Plan provides eligible associates the opportunity to save for retirement by making pre-tax and/or Roth contributions effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment. The option is available to save between 1% to 100% of eligible earnings up to the IRS annual maximum. The plan offers daily valuations and transfers, a variety of investment funds, liberal loan provisions, Stifel Financial Corp. stock, and a "self-directed" option.
A matching contribution is provided to associates working at least 1,000 hours in the calendar year and employed on the last day of the calendar year. Associates are fully vested in the Company's portion after three years. Rollovers from other qualified plans are accepted.

The ESOP allows ownership in Stifel Financial Corp., as well as provides an additional source of retirement income. Each year Stifel may contribute to the plan based upon profitability. Associates are fully vested in the Company's contribution after three years. Eligible associates working at least 1,000 hours in the calendar year and employed on the last day of the calendar year will receive the ESOP contribution. |

| Paid Time Off |
Paid Time Off (PTO) provides associates with the opportunity to manage their own time off for reasons such as vacations, personal/family needs, and illness.
Eligibility
Full-time regular non-commissioned associates working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for time off with pay under this Program. PTO allotment is based on years of service.
New Hires
New hires, or rehires, receive a pro-rated PTO grant based on the month in which they are hired. Associates will begin accruing with first paycheck of the month following their date of hire.
In addition, paid time off is provided to associates for bereavement, jury duty, and company holidays.
