What are the system requirements for Wealth Tracker?
We recommend the following when using Wealth Tracker:
What information is required for enrollment?
Wealth Tracker requires a first name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, login ID, and password.
What if I don’t remember my password?
If you have already enrolled and are unsure of your password, visit www.stifelwealthtracker.com page and click Forgot Your Password.
During the enrollment process, why do I need to verify my identity via e-mail or mobile device?
Establishing a trusted contact method during enrollment enables us to send a secure access code to verify both your identity and the devices you chose to view the application. This is a one-time temporary access code that will expire after 10 minutes. While you are not required to register your device, doing so provides an extra layer of security for your account information. Additionally, by registering your device you will not need to have a secure access code e-mailed or texted to you every time you log in.
Can I register more than one device?
Yes. You can register multiple devices.
If my login ID is locked out, how can I unlock it and reset my password?
To unlock your account, contact Stifel Wealth Tracker Support Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT or Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT at (866) 697-8433 or e-mail WealthTracker@stifel.com. Once unlocked, you will need to enter your login ID into Wealth Tracker and proceed through the Forgot Your Password process.
If I no longer want to use the Wealth Tracker application, can I delete my account?
If you do not have accounts at Stifel, you can request to delete your Wealth Tracker account at any time, and we will securely delete your account information from our systems.
For Stifel clients, please contact your Financial Advisor to close your accounts.
What information is available on the Home page?
The Home page begins with a dynamic chart that shows your total net worth, which is comprised of your investment, banking, and other assets, minus your liabilities. You can adjust the chart both by clicking on one of those categories or by changing the historical time period as your use of our application grows. You can also view a comprehensive balance sheet view of all of your accounts as well as your top five gaining and losing securities based on the day’s market performance.
What information is displayed on the Holdings page?
This page lists the assets contained in the accounts you’ve linked to your Wealth Tracker account, along with their asset class, quantity, share price, value, and other important information where applicable. The holdings screen also displays the daily change in the value of the security based on that day’s market performance and allows you to search and filter for specific holding or holding types. You can also toggle on or off accounts to view account specific holdings.
For Stifel clients, the Holdings page also allows you to view your realized and unrealized short-term and long-term investment gains and losses.
What information is displayed on the Activity page?
The Activity page shows all transactions and other activity in your investment, banking, or other accounts, along with the date and amount of each transaction. Mobile users can drop down the caret next to the transaction to view the account in which the transaction took place. No matter what device you are using, you will have the ability to view and edit the cash flow category of the transaction. Like the Holdings page, the Activity page has filters to display select accounts or select account types, such as investment accounts or banking accounts. You can also filter for specific transaction types or search for specific transactions. We will maintain a running history of your activity for a period of 12 months if you are not a Stifel client. For Stifel clients, we will maintain 15 months of activity to ensure you have the information you need to complete your prior year’s taxes.

The Profile page will allow you to make changes to your important information. Editable fields include first name, last name, e-mail address, and mobile phone number.
