What is Stifel Mobile?
Stifel Mobile is a mobile application designed for iOS®, such as Apple iPhone® or iPad®, and Android™ devices. The Stifel Mobile app provides you with convenient mobile access to your Stifel account information. Stifel Mobile allows you to see your portfolio and security values in addition to account holdings, balances, activity, and orders. Stifel Mobile also provides access to quotes, news, charts, and a customizable watch list.
What Mobile Platforms are supported for Stifel Mobile?
The Stifel Mobile App is designed for two different operating systems, iOS 8.0 or higher and Android devices running Android 4.0 or higher.
How do I download Stifel Mobile?
From the iPhone® or iPad®:
Go to the App Store on your iPhone® or iPad®
Type in “Stifel” in the search box and select Stifel Mobile from the list.
Once the app pulls up, tap on the “Get” box once, then click on the “Install” button.
From an Android device:
Go to the Google Play™ Store on your Android device.
Type in “Stifel” in the search box and select Stifel Mobile from the list.
Once the app pulls up, click on the “Install” button to install the app.
Is there a charge to download the app?
The Stifel Mobile App is a free download on the App Store and on the Google Play Store. Standard data usage charges may apply depending upon your carrier.
If I need help downloading or navigating the app, who can I contact?
Our Stifel Client Services department can be reached at (866) 697-8433, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., as well as Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
Where do I find my Client ID?
The Client ID is set up when your accounts are registered with Stifel Access. If you are not a current Stifel Access user, please sign your account up on
Can I see all of my accounts in my household on Stifel Mobile?
Yes. Stifel Mobile works the same as Stifel Access. If you log in using your credentials for your parent (primary) account in the household, you will see all accounts.
Can I view Stifel Research on Stifel Mobile?
Stifel Research is not available in Stifel Mobile, but you can download the Stifel Research app on an iPad®.
How do I refresh the data on my screen?
Pull down on the screen until a message appears that says “Release to Refresh.” For more information, contact Stifel Client Services at
How much transaction history is available through Stifel Mobile?
You will be able to access up to the last 60 days of transaction history.
Why should I update the Stifel Mobile app?
Having the latest app ensures you have access to the newest features.
How do I update my Stifel Mobile app version?
If you are running an outdated app version, you may be prompted to download the up-to-date version. Check your device app store for notices about current updates. If the update is available, follow the prompts from your device to execute the upgrade.
