Charles A. Dill is a Principal of Two Rivers Associates, a private equity firm, and has been a venture capital and private equity investor since November 1995. Two Rivers Associates is the successor to Gateway Associates where Mr. Dill served as a General Partner beginning in 1995.

From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Dill was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Bridge Information Systems, Inc., a company providing online information and trading services. Mr. Dill was President of AVX Corporation, a manufacturer of electronic equipment from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Dill is a director of two public companies: Zoltek Companies, Inc. and TransAct Technologies Incorporated.
